Customer Responsibilities To help us serve you efficiently and protect your property, please note the following: Furniture & Outdoor Items - Please remove outdoor furniture, décor, and clutter before our arrival. An additional fee may apply if our team must move items. Sensitive or Fragile Items - Any belongings that could be damaged by cleaning solutions or pressurized water should be removed from the service area prior to cleaning. Pets & Safety - For their comfort and safety, we recommend pets remain indoors during cleaning services. Use of Cleaning Solutions Professional cleaning solutions will be applied to achieve the deepest and longest-lasting clean. All estimates provided include the use of these cleaning solutions. While our solutions are designed to be safe for landscaping. Running your irrigation system for 10 minutes after service is recommended to help protect plants and grass. Pre-Service Documentation To protect both our customers and our company, photos may be taken prior to service to document pre-existing wear, damage, or areas of concern. This ensures full transparency and helps limit liability. Limitations of Service Older or fragile surfaces (shingles, paint, siding) may show signs of wear after cleaning. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or natural events. Liability & Insurance Clean Slate Exterior Pros carries liability insurance to safeguard both our team and our customers. By scheduling a service, the property owner acknowledges the above policies and understands the risks associated with exterior cleaning.
